About the Role

• Provide periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations. • Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects. • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring. • Coordinate and assign system design and project engineering tasks to the team. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Lead and supervise staff performance on assigned tasks. • Manage construction administration, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Work with accounting to prepare monthly invoices, monitor receivables, and expedite client payments. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Contribute to the firmwide Expert Teams committee. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Supervise and lead coordination meetings. • Oversee analysis and reporting of system options and building conditions.

What You Bring

• Hold a current PE license with Critical Facilities design experience. • Experience on Healthcare, Federal, Commercial, and Aviation projects. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 7+ years of project management experience. • 12+ years consulting firm experience in MEP engineering (senior level). • 3 years of supervisory experience. • Hands‑on design and CAD/Revit proficiency.
