In this role you will oversee large‑scale transportation projects that may include roadway, bridge, tunnel, or rail and transit elements. You will be responsible for guiding project direction, managing scope and commercial performance, and ensuring effective collaboration among multiple stakeholders. • Manage design‑build projects exceeding $1 billion in total installed cost • Lead multidisciplinary teams on roadway, bridge, tunnel, rail and transit designs • Drive marketing, pursuit strategy, scope development and commercial performance • Foster collaboration among stakeholders and partners • Develop winning project proposals and demonstrate strong business acumen

What You Bring
The position requires a four‑year degree in civil engineering or a related field, professional engineer licensure, and more than 20 years of relevant experience, including design‑manager responsibilities on design‑build projects. A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high‑profile projects is essential. • Hold a 4‑year civil engineering degree and Professional Engineer licensure • Bring 20+ years of design‑build experience, including design‑manager roles • Exhibit a hands‑on leadership style with professionalism and presence • Work remotely with required travel to job sites
