Job Highlights
About the Role
The manager must comply with safety policies, conduct risk assessments, manage operations and services, develop customer relationships, improve service levels, optimize resource utilization, control costs, and manage P&L for workshop and contracts. They also oversee team development, performance targets, CRM compliance, work‑in‑progress, and support the rental business. • Ensure safe service delivery, complying with SMR safety policies and regulations. • Oversee all Parts & Service operations, including field service, workshops, maintenance contracts, logistics, and business development. • Prioritize service execution based on customer needs directed by the Account Manager. • Optimize field service and workshop resource utilization and component repair turnaround. • Control operating costs and manage P&L for workshops and maintenance contracts. • Develop and lead a high‑performance, inclusive field service and workshop team, setting targets and measuring performance. • Maintain branch infrastructure and ensure CRM/service system compliance. • Conduct risk assessments (“Take Five”) before tasks and report unsafe habits. • Perform market research on competitor activities to support long‑term strategy.

What You Bring
Candidates need at least five years of service and business development experience, team management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred, strong industry knowledge, customer focus, professionalism, commercial acumen, risk management, leadership, communication, and financial understanding. • Required: ≥5 years managing service/business development teams; Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business preferred. • Required competencies: strong industry knowledge, customer focus, professionalism, commercial acumen, risk management, leadership, communication, and financial P&L understanding.
