About the Role

As the Property Manager you will lead all aspects of property operations—financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management—ensuring company goals are met by effectively managing your team and overseeing day‑to‑day activities to maintain a thriving community. • Hire, train, and manage on‑site personnel; conduct daily meetings • Control expenses, meet revenue targets, prepare budgets, oversee collections • Achieve 95% occupancy; manage leasing, renewals, and move‑ins • Oversee maintenance work orders, preventative tasks, and ready vacant units • Supervise contractors and manage capital improvement projects • Create and implement marketing strategies; perform market surveys and competitive analysis • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety standards

We expect candidates to hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and have proven experience monitoring financial statements, managing capital projects, and achieving occupancy targets. Relevant certifications such as ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP are a plus, and strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential. • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience and a valid driver’s license • Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and strong interpersonal communication skills • Professional certifications (ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP) are a plus
