About the Role
The role oversees the entire repair business, including field operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business management. It requires coordinating resources, ensuring safe work environments, and maintaining strong relationships with teams and clients. • Lead field operations for elevator repair and testing. • Meet project deadlines and achieve financial targets such as profit and working capital. • Conduct field education training to ensure a safe working environment. • Perform safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety and logistics plans. • Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders. • Build and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, field staff, and clients. • Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure project completion, quality assurance, and efficiency. • Analyze situations and help develop contingencies for project estimates.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years of elevator industry experience or comparable field‑leadership experience. • At least 5 years in elevator field work, with a trade certificate and/or an engineering degree. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment. • Self‑motivated with capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software in technical settings. • Demonstrated leadership, goal orientation, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
