About the Role

The supervisor coordinates daily schedules, gathers examiner feedback, and conducts annual equipment surveys to plan preventive repair work. Responsibilities include performing New Installation Surveys (NIS), estimating non‑prescribed work, leading toolbox talks, and preparing quarterly review reports and “T” orders. Quality control duties involve monitoring call‑backs, inspecting progress, conducting random quality checks, and managing manpower allocation. The supervisor also ensures adherence to EH&S policies, conducts safety audits, and leads incident investigations and risk‑assessment mitigation. Commercially, the role requires meeting clients regularly, handling contract renewals, negotiating pricing, and following up on invoices and payments. It also involves identifying new business opportunities, driving acquisitions, and updating conversion and recovery data in the system. • Coordinate daily field schedules and collect examiner feedback. • Conduct annual equipment surveys and plan preventive maintenance. • Perform New Installation Surveys and estimate additional work. • Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for staff. • Prepare quarterly review reports, “T” orders, and quality audit documentation. • Monitor and reduce call‑backs; perform random quality inspections. • Allocate manpower daily based on service demand. • Enforce EH&S policies, conduct safety audits, and mitigate risk‑assessment findings. • Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed timely. • Meet with clients to build rapport, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals. • Follow up on invoices, payments, and update conversion/recovery records. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquisition targets. • Maintain zero‑accident objective and report any incidents promptly.
