About the Role

Responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Responsible for receiving product from vendors for quality control, maintaining the daily schedule of audits, managing inventory reports, and ensuring the overall accuracy of the warehouse inventory. Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing and researches and resolves key issues, adjustments, and discrepancies while complying with internal control procedures. Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy, completes follow‑up to previous adjustments, reviews cycle counts, and maintains time control tables consistent with base tables and keys. Receives products from vendors, checks for quality, and communicates potential issues to buyers. Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals and promotes a safe work environment by following safety policies, conducting inspections, and encouraging best practices. The role refers complex, unusual problems to a supervisor and, under general supervision, exercises judgment according to well‑defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor. • Perform daily inventory audits and maintain system balance. • Receive and inspect vendor products for quality, reporting issues to buyers. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, adjustments, and cycle counts. • Maintain inventory and quality control manuals and ensure safety compliance. • Generate accurate inventory reports and follow up on adjustments.
