About the Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Product Specialist processes orders and engineers panelboard products up to 600 V, handling pricing, order entry, custom engineering, customer service, quality, and manufacturing. The role also provides technical support to internal and external customers, maintains pricing authority for field sales and distributors, and manages order administration, production planning, scheduling, and inventory for assembly. • Process orders and engineer panelboard products up to 600 V. • Manage pricing, order entry, and custom order engineering. • Provide technical support to internal and external customers. • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory for product assembly. • Maintain pricing authority for field sales and distributors. • Ensure quality and manufacturing standards for panelboards.

What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in or returning to a post‑secondary engineering or technologist program (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical) and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Relocation is not offered, and applicants must reside within 120 km of Winnipeg, MB. Applicants should have 0‑5 years of experience in manufacturing electrical controls or power distribution products, with prior internship or co‑op experience preferred. Required skills include strong analytic abilities using Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, proficiency with AutoCAD, and the ability to multitask, manage time, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment. • Pursuing an Engineering or Technologist degree/diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical). • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship; reside within 120 km of Winnipeg, MB. • 0–5 years experience in manufacturing electrical controls or power distribution products. • Strong analytic skills with Excel, Access, PowerPoint; proficient in AutoCAD. • Ability to multitask, manage time, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.

Benefits
