About the Role

The role supports paint line performance by handling parts and material on the load bar, recording production data, and performing visual inspections before and after painting. The employee also conducts related tasks such as masking, wrapping, touch‑up painting, and maintains supplies to ensure efficient operation. Continuous improvement activities, including 5S, are performed, and the employee works as part of a team responsible for assembling full products or components. • Hang and remove parts/material from the load bar and record pieces, hours, and bar information. • Carry and lift parts to and from the painting production line. • Perform visual inspections of material before and after painting. • Execute masking, wrapping, and touch‑up painting tasks. • Maintain components and supplies needed for efficient operation. • Conduct 5S and continuous improvement activities. • Work collaboratively as part of a team assembling entire products or components. • Read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and reside in the immediate Sherman, TX area, as relocation assistance is not provided. Experience with powder painting and in a production environment is required, along with the ability to lift up to 75 lb, read blueprints, use measuring tools, and follow directions with close attention to detail. The position may require mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, and the ability to stand for 8‑12‑hour shifts while performing repetitive tasks. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Have experience with powder painting in a production environment. • Ability to lift 50–75 lb and perform repetitive physical tasks. • Follow directions, work independently, and pay close attention to detail. • Available for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, and stand for 8–12‑hour shifts.
