What You Bring
As a British Gas Electrician you will perform safe, high‑quality electrical work in homes, including fault finding, installations, full rewires and EV charge point installations. Your problem‑solving and customer‑service skills will enable first‑time fixes while advising customers on British Gas products and services. The role requires at least two years’ experience as a qualified electrician and the following certifications: City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (Level 3 Technical Certificate), B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations, and ideally City & Guilds 2391.52 and EV‑charging qualifications. Current City & Guilds 2382 is also required. • Minimum two years’ experience as a qualified electrician; required City & Guilds 2365 and B.S. 7671 certifications. • EV charging installation experience desirable; training provided if needed.
