About the Role

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules. • Inspect and enforce job safety requirements. • Complete punch lists and new‑home orientation lists. • Attend construction meetings and scheduled training classes. • Maintain job site cleanliness and support model/inventory upkeep. • Address service‑related issues and provide timely feedback. • Interact daily with division staff, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners. • Provide trade‑partner performance feedback to the Construction Manager.

What You Bring

• Senior college student graduating by June, preferably in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or related field. • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance coverage. • Knowledge of construction management processes, building products, and relevant codes. • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. • Organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

The Future Builders Program is a six‑month training experience that rotates participants through Construction, Purchasing, or Land functions. After completion, high‑performing graduates may be offered a full‑time role based on performance and business needs. Participants work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment, gaining hands‑on experience with project onboarding, training, and professional development. Compensation for this role ranges from $63,000 to $68,500 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and the full suite of Lennar benefits. Physical demands include primarily sedentary office work with occasional lifting of items under 50 lb and routine site visits.
