About the Role
The role requires a substantial understanding of job duties while handling moderately difficult assignments that need judgment to resolve issues or make recommendations. Work focuses on tasks that follow standard operating procedures, with limited supervision and general guidance for new assignments. You will support the overall team in maintaining and evolving facility infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, installations and inspections on facility components such as MV/LV switchgear, UPS, chillers and generators. You will monitor the Building Management System, operate plumbing, fire‑suppression and safety systems, and prepare work orders, MOPs, SOPs and change requests. The position also involves coordinating tickets with the Emergency Operations Center, supporting vendor maintenance, updating technical files, logging site permits, identifying single points of failure, and responding to on‑site incidents. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on MV/LV switchgear, UPS, chillers, and generators. • Conduct repairs, installations, and inspections of critical infrastructure. • Monitor the Building Management System and resolve alarm issues. • Operate plumbing, fire‑suppression, and safety systems. • Prepare and manage MOPs, SOPs, change requests, and coordinate tickets with the Emergency Operations Center. • Support vendor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. • Update technical files to keep equipment documentation current. • Log site permits, identify single points of failure, and respond to on‑site incidents. • Complete work orders, circuit installations, and troubleshoot office equipment. • Execute minor modifications to mechanical and electrical systems as directed. • Collaborate with team members, mentor junior staff, and manage inventory of critical parts.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold an electrical degree and have three to seven years of experience, preferably in a data‑center environment. Technical knowledge of critical infrastructure, ability to troubleshoot equipment, and experience with energy‑efficiency measures are essential. The role may also include mentoring junior team members and managing inventory of critical parts. • Hold an electrical degree and possess 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in data‑center operations.
