About the Role

The role is responsible for leading the process engineering function to deliver efficient, safe, and cost‑effective manufacturing of air‑conditioning products. This includes continuous improvement, integration of new products into production, and supporting cross‑functional teams to meet production targets. • Design, implement, and optimize HVAC assembly line manufacturing processes. • Create SOPs, work instructions, and detailed process flows. • Apply lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and boost productivity. • Partner with R&D, design, and production teams to enable smooth NPI. • Support pilot runs and validate new process capabilities for new models. • Assess equipment, automation, and tooling needs for manufacturing. • Coordinate vendor and internal teams for equipment installation and commissioning. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other quality standards. • Perform root‑cause analysis on process issues and drive corrective actions. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on process audits and CAPA. • Lead initiatives to shorten cycle time, improve labor productivity, and increase energy efficiency. • Monitor and control manufacturing cost drivers. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians. • Provide training on process control, safety, and lean tools.

What You Bring

• 8 – 15 years total experience, including at least 8 years in process engineering. • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred). • Lean Manufacturing certification (preferred). • Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, or TQM (preferred).
