What You Bring
GHD is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to lead our enterprise engagement with a major Energy/Oil & Gas sector client, setting new benchmarks in client experience and growth across the energy value chain. As a senior leader, you will steward a multi‑year strategy, deepen executive relationships, and mobilize cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning the energy spectrum. This position can be based in Houston, TX (preferred) or Calgary, Canada. Candidates should bring 15+ years of Energy/Oil & Gas experience with a track record of leading complex, multi‑region accounts and direct work with major global clients. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver measurable outcomes are essential. • Possess 15+ years of Energy/Oil & Gas experience leading multi‑region accounts. • Demonstrated success working with major global energy clients. • Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and ambiguity‑navigation skills.
