About the Role

The technician will troubleshoot a wide range of service issues, including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. They must ensure both the interior and exterior of each property meet company standards and applicable laws, respond promptly to maintenance tickets, and keep residents and office staff informed on work status. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with standards and laws. • Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff. • Participate in on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend availability.
