About the Role
• Supervise and mentor the regional proposal team, setting strategy and guiding the creation of winning proposals and qualifications. • Oversee the entire pursuit process, ensuring proposal development and delivery align with RFP requirements and CED brand standards. • Shape regional messaging and marketing content that highlights the unique value to Arizona communities. • Collaborate with local project managers and technical experts to craft compelling narratives showcasing technical excellence and client‑focused solutions. • Identify new market opportunities by tracking RFPs/RFQs and supporting local business development. • Represent CED at regional events, maintain brand consistency across digital and print, and boost firm visibility in Arizona and surrounding markets. • Share insights, tools, and regional successes with the broader corporate marketing team to ensure firmwide consistency while celebrating Arizona’s unique stories.

What You Bring
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience and/or proposal creation for a professional services firm. • Prior proposal and business development experience in the AEC industry (preferred). • Familiarity with Unanet CRM (a plus) and at least 1 year of InDesign experience. • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills for job‑related interactions. • Proven ability to lead and mentor marketing teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. • Collaborative, strategic mindset connecting marketing tactics to broader business goals. • Excellent communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail with a focus on quality. • Experience with proposal development processes and a desire to raise standards. • Willingness to travel within the region and represent CED proudly.
