About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will oversee the division’s operational activities, aligning resources with market objectives and supporting continuous improvement across all functions. • Ensure safety of employees in low, medium, and high voltage environments and enforce safety policies and training • Recruit, assess talent, address skill gaps, and provide training and development for technicians • Partner with Sales Team as a sales and marketing agent to meet top‑line sales objectives and develop new customer relationships • Maintain awareness of local market trends and issues • Develop forward‑looking profit plans and accurate monthly (and daily) forecasts • Manage procurement, execution to sales quotes, cost control, subcontractor leverage, inventory, receivables, and backlog turnover • Handle escalation procedures for 24/7 service operations • Make sound business decisions when support functions are unavailable

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of two years supervisory experience • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Experience leading a remote team • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, control products, field service practices, and quality programs • Large technical project leadership experience • Previous experience with hyperscale customers • Strong financial and business acumen • Effective collaboration in a matrix environment • Demonstrated success driving zero‑incident safety culture, performance results, high‑performance teams, cross‑functional leadership, leader development, and organizational change
