About the Role
• Administer and maintain HRIS, including updates, configurations, data integrity, and user access • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating complex problems as needed • Ensure system integrations and data transfers function correctly with IT, Finance, HR, and third-party providers • Develop and deliver accurate standard and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders • Conduct regular data audits to comply with data protection regulations and internal policies • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase HR efficiency • Partner with HR teams to adopt system and process changes successfully • Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality • Lead planning, testing, and deployment of new HRIS features, modules, and upgrades • Participate in cross-functional project teams for HR initiatives and system enhancements • Act as technical lead for business acquisitions, managing system configuration, onboarding, and post-integration audits • Serve as subject-matter expert across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Integrations, Forms, XML, Workflows, Talent, Development, and Compensation • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and user guides

What You Bring
The company is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage, support, and optimize its Human Resource Information System. The role ensures accurate HR data management, system reliability, and compliance while providing technical expertise to support HR operations, system enhancements, and business acquisitions. The analyst will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and third-party providers to maintain system integrity, lead implementations and upgrades, and support end users across the organization. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) and have at least two years of experience in an HRIS-focused position. Proven knowledge of Dayforce, strong technical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are required. Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) • Minimum two years of experience in an HRIS-focused role • Proven working knowledge of Dayforce • Strong technical skills with solid understanding of HR systems and processes • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
