About the Role

During the internship you will learn the application of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), create video training for users, monitor daily robot usage, develop inspection checklists, and analyze data to recommend solutions. You will also conduct usability and manual testing to improve UI/UX and support the rollout of AGV/AMR technology to new and international production sites. • Support day‑to‑day plant operations using AGV and AMR systems • Create video training materials for users of varying skill levels • Monitor and log daily AGV/AMR usage to aid material handling • Develop inspection checklists for AGV/AMR equipment • Collect, analyze, and report data to recommend solutions for AGV/AMR issues • Perform usability testing and manual testing to improve UI/UX and uncover defects • Assist in expanding AGV/AMR deployment to new and international production sites

The Mobile Robotics & Automation Internship is a 12‑week, full‑time summer 2026 program located in Anoka, MN. Interns are paid $25 per hour, are responsible for their own transportation, and may receive relocation and housing support if eligible.
