About the Role
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will steer the transformation of land and accounting systems across a large‑scale homebuilding organization. This role owns product strategy and delivery for platforms such as Terra and Foundry, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, FP&A, and data platforms. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for land accounting, translating business needs into epics and user stories, and prioritizing initiatives for operational efficiency and compliance. The TPM will lead platform modernization, oversee integrations, collaborate with architects and developers, and manage agile delivery, testing, and release readiness. • Translate finance and land business needs into clear product requirements. • Prioritize initiatives based on value, efficiency, compliance, and scalability. • Lead modernization of Terra and Foundry for acquisition, development, and inventory tracking. • Ensure tight integration with ERP, job‑cost, FP&A, Treasury, and reporting systems. • Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and integrators for sustainable solutions. • Drive agile delivery, testing, release management, and production readiness. • Facilitate stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management. • Maintain audit, compliance, and internal control standards. • Provide measurable outcomes: automated, auditable processes and faster reporting cycles.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are hands‑on experience integrating Terra or Foundry with ERP/FP&A systems, familiarity with job‑cost accounting, inventory, and revenue recognition, and a background supporting audit and internal controls. Candidates should have Agile/SAFe delivery experience and hold a CPA, MBA, or a related advanced degree. • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for land accounting platforms.
