About the Role

• Perform carpentry tasks including partition framing, metal/wood studs, cabinetry, countertops, doors, and windows. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Install flooring such as VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Replace/install electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, basic data connections, and diagnose minor issues; licensed electricians preferred. • Execute commercial renovations and buildouts. • Utilize basic computer skills for job documentation. • Follow OSHA safety requirements. • Communicate professionally with customers to build relationships.
