About the Role

• Walk the marketing tour path, open viewing apartments, and ensure units and amenities are clean and rent‑ready. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails each morning. • Convert incoming calls into walk‑in traffic and schedule viewing appointments. • Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm following the Weidner style. • Facilitate the application process at the end of each tour to secure leases. • Review and process applications immediately upon receipt. • Communicate results to applicants in a timely and respectful manner. • Execute the Weidner Move‑In Experience for approved applicants. • Track and follow up on leads in the traffic queue. • Conduct monthly competitive property tours and adhere to daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Maintain market‑ready apartments, common areas, and amenities to Weidner’s quality standards daily. • Assist with lease renewals promptly to promote resident retention. • Keep the leasing office clean, orderly, and professionally presentable at all times.

What You Bring

Successful candidates manage time effectively, are detail‑oriented, trustworthy team players who take pride in their work, and consistently deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents, associates, and vendors. The ideal candidate has prior customer‑service experience, can work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, and communicates professionally in person, by phone, email, or text. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, as is familiarity with Yardi or Paycom, though the ability to learn new software is essential. Candidates must adhere to Weidner’s mission, policies, Fair Housing laws, maintain regular attendance and professional appearance, and be able to work flexible hours, including occasional assignments to other properties. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and agreement to background and drug testing are required. • Prior customer‑service experience required. • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong motivation to learn and contribute daily. • Clear professional communication in person, phone, email, and text. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred. • Experience with Yardi or Paycom preferred; willingness to learn new software. • Reliable attendance, professional dress code/uniform, and appearance. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively and adapt to flexible hours. • Willingness to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed. • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and fluent in English. • Agree to background check and voluntary drug testing. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up‑to‑date vehicle insurance.
