The training experience includes rotational assignments across Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection, leadership development workshops, guest speakers, and project‑based learning. Participants receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to develop the ability to lead large teams and manage complex infrastructure.
