It supports governance processes by preparing meeting materials, updating trackers, and managing RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions). The role also coordinates with cross‑functional teams such as Design, Construction, Procurement, and Commercial to gather updates and align project milestones, while ensuring compliance with PMO standards, templates, and reporting cadence. The role develops automated or semi‑automated dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other tools, tracks key KPIs such as cost, schedule progress, procurement status, and risk indicators, and prepares data summaries and insights for management reviews. Support for data centre programmes requires understanding the data centre construction lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover. The role supports project managers in monitoring progress against Ready For Service (RFS) and milestone targets, and assists in coordinating site activities and vendor interactions when required. Vendor and contract support includes coordinating the consolidation of MCE frameworks across the supply chain with regional procurement managers and legal teams, facilitating contract execution via e‑signatures or wet‑signatures, and continuing PO issuance and supplier onboarding in APAC while replicating processes in other regions. The role builds and maintains cash‑flow/billing schedules in Anaplan based on POs, project schedules, and supplier milestone payments, supports risk management activities, delivery tracking, and contributes to process improvement initiatives. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and maintain documentation. • Prepare governance materials, update trackers, and manage RAID logs. • Collect, analyze, and visualize project data using Power BI or Excel dashboards. • Track KPIs such as cost, schedule, procurement status, and risk indicators. • Create PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and status reports for leadership. • Support data centre construction lifecycle and monitor Ready‑For‑Service milestones. • Coordinate site activities and vendor interactions as needed. • Provide administrative support for contract consolidation, e‑signatures, PO issuance, and supplier onboarding. • Build and maintain cash‑flow/billing schedules in Anaplan and present them to project teams. • Perform risk management, delivery tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
