Most positions are first‑shift with a pay scale of $30‑$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level, offering welder candidates the chance to advance their careers alongside proven craftsmen who prioritize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. The role involves a wide range of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, stick, structural welding, air‑arc, repair welding, pipe and mechanical welding, as well as flat/vertical carbon‑steel work. Candidates must be capable of handling these diverse applications efficiently. • Wear required PPE, including a hood and gloves or leather protection.
