About the Role

• Create basic designs under senior engineer direction. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes. • Coordinate designs with architectural and other engineering trades. • Support system design and engineering for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Assist with field investigations, site visits, and project coordination meetings. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities. • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing‑education seminars. • Participate in Dynamic Employee Resource Groups.

What You Bring

Candidates should thrive in a team environment, be flexible enough to work independently, and be eager to learn. The ideal applicant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025‑Summer 2026), has completed an engineering internship, and is familiar with MEP AutoCAD (REvit a plus), design and calculation software, and the MS Office suite. FE and EIT certification are preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduation Winter 2025‑Summer 2026). • Completed an engineering internship (preferred). • Proficient with MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus. • Skilled in design and calculation software and MS Office Suite. • FE and EIT certification preferred.
