About the Role

The Senior NOC Analyst in the Technology Operations Center ensures the reliability and performance of critical IT infrastructure and applications, acting as the first line of defense to detect, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents. The role requires at least three years of experience handling major incidents and operates in a 24/7 environment to maintain high availability across enterprise systems. The analyst collaborates with IT, security, vendors, and business partners, contributing to knowledge bases, process optimization, and automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. • Proactively monitor network, servers, applications, and cloud environments 24x7. • Detect, analyze, and respond to alerts and incidents in real time, meeting SLAs. • Perform root cause analysis and work with teams to implement permanent fixes. • Validate and support scheduled changes, maintenance activities, and patch deployments. • Maintain accurate incident logs and generate daily/weekly operational reports. • Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management. • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and tool enhancements. • Communicate clear updates to stakeholders during major incidents and outages. • Foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and vendors.

What You Bring

• Understand network protocols, server architecture, and cloud technologies. • Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, and ServiceNow. • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to operate effectively in a high‑pressure, 24x7 environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Preferred certifications: CCNA, ITIL Foundation, AWS/Azure Fundamentals. • Experience with automation scripting using PowerShell or Python. • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
