About the Role
• Work independently at multiple storage locations, managing both indoor and outdoor areas. • Assess customers’ storage needs, suggest appropriate units, and sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle payment reminder and collection calls. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Transport and lift items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors for up to 50 % of the shift, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Follow a flexible full‑time schedule between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm) and travel between properties using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

What You Bring
