About the Role
Assist with equipment startups and commissioning Participate in on-call rotation as required Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Accurately complete service tickets and documentation in a timely manner Identify system deficiencies and recommend repairs or upgrades Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA standards Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues up to 480V (with guidance as needed) Work independently on routine service calls and PM routes • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams • Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including:RTUs, split systems, and packaged unitsVAV boxes, exhaust systems, and makeup air units • Participate in on-call rotation as required • Assist with equipment startups and commissioning • Identify system deficiencies and recommend repairs or upgrades • Work independently on routine service calls and PM routes • Accurately complete service tickets and documentation in a timely manner • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues up to 480V (with guidance as needed) • Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA standards

What You Bring
VAV boxes, exhaust systems, and makeup air units • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints • Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals and controls • VAV boxes, exhaust systems, and makeup air units • 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented • EPA Universal Certification (required) • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
