What You Bring
The position operates in a professional office environment, utilizing computers, phones, photocopiers, and other standard equipment. Employees may travel between properties, stand or walk for extended periods, and occasionally work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience. Effective communication, basic Windows computer skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines are required. • Communicate professionally and deliver excellent customer service. • Possess high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year leasing experience. • Demonstrate basic Windows computer skills and strong organizational abilities. • Work in an office setting, using standard equipment and occasional outdoor travel (up to 5%).

Benefits
