About the Role
As the Operational Support Team Leader, you’ll oversee the administration and operational support teams responsible for delivering accurate transactional processing, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites. Your leadership will be critical in supporting our road maintenance contracts and keeping business functions running efficiently and on time. • Lead, coach and develop administration and depot support staff across multiple South Australian locations. • Manage end‑to‑end transactional processing including purchase orders, invoicing, progress claims and billing. • Ensure accurate work order setup, job costing, daily shift reporting and depot documentation. • Oversee compliance, quality control, archiving and adherence to financial and operational systems. • Build effective relationships with internal teams, depots, subcontractors and suppliers. • Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency and consistency. • Provide onsite support to regional depots as required, including travel.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated experience leading administration or finance teams in a fast‑paced operational or depot environment. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle or similar. • Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities and high‑volume workflows. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving abilities.
