About the Role
The role supervises and provides leadership to direct reports, managing workflow and assigning tasks. • Manage a team of BPO processors handling customer interactions via voice and email according to business alignment. • Report data, MIS, and related metrics in a timely manner. • Keep vendor accounts updated and accurate. • Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. • Follow standard procedures and integrate new procedures into daily routine. • Mentor the team to ensure high performance and motivation. • Train and develop new hires in company standards and culture. • Maintain professional and productive relationships with internal customers.

What You Bring
