About the Role

• Lead on assigned projects to deliver agreed outputs on budget, on time, and to quality standards. • Determine client requirements, conduct site surveys, and produce calculations, cost estimates, specifications, and drawings. • Organise tender documents and evaluate tenders and contracts. • Develop and mentor junior staff. • Liaise continually with clients to ensure expectations are met and concerns are addressed. • Produce quality project outputs, monitor scope changes, and ensure design work is resourced, reviewed, and programmed.

What You Bring
