About the Role

In this role you will engage potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach at retail locations and local events, introduce our remodeling services and special offers in a friendly manner, and generate interest by scheduling free in‑home product demonstrations with no selling required. What You Bring

No prior experience is required, though previous experience is a plus and training is provided. We seek self‑motivated, outgoing, and well‑spoken individuals who thrive on human interaction and are passionate about career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies firsthand. Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts (10 am–6 pm, Wednesday‑Sunday) is required. Physical demands include standing and walking for 6–8+ hours daily, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and the ability to stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotional activities. • Self‑motivated, outgoing, and well‑spoken individuals preferred. • Available for afternoon and weekend shifts (10 am–6 pm, Wed‑Sun). • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for 6‑8+ hours daily.
