About the Role
The specialist will lead a team of intermediate to experienced FP&A professionals, setting objectives and guiding financial analysis, research, budgeting and forecasting. They will prepare forecasts, perform financial modeling, and develop recommendations for management. The role includes managing weekly order reporting, preparing monthly financial workbooks, developing month‑end reporting packages with KPIs, conducting financial analysis of actual results versus forecasts, supporting ad‑hoc reporting, and collaborating with departments to ensure HFM data accuracy and working‑capital reviews. • Manage weekly order reporting: collect, analyze, report data, and load into HFM • Prepare and distribute monthly financial workbooks and month‑end reporting packages with KPIs (sales, profit, working capital, productivity) • Conduct financial analysis of actual results and forecasting scenarios; support discretionary spending and pricing analysis • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review spending, functional costs, and ensure HFM data integrity • Assist in working‑capital reviews focusing on accounts receivable, payable, and inventory • Contribute to annual business plan and long‑range planning development • Ensure timely hedging and cash‑flow planning for treasury, gathering data from multiple sources • Support global Container business through routine and project‑based tasks across regions

What You Bring
Candidates need 10+ years of FP&A experience, strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with Power BI advantageous. Familiarity with HFM reporting, MNC experience, a bachelor’s in Finance or Business Administration (CA preferred) are required. • Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus • Experience with HFM reporting and working in a multinational corporation • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; CA preferred
