About the Role
The company is hiring a Residential Electrician Helper for its Atlanta, GA area operations. The role supports licensed electricians on residential projects, performing hands‑on tasks and ensuring materials and tools are ready for each job. • Assist electricians with rough‑in tasks such as measuring, cutting, and bending wire. • Install outlets, lights, switches, and fixtures. • Transport, organize, and secure materials on job sites. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate effectively with team members and follow supervisor directions. • Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be able to pass required safety training, background checks and drug screening. A license is required, and 0‑2 years of experience is acceptable. Preferred qualifications include strong teamwork and communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and work independently, basic problem‑solving, knowledge of the National Electric Code and blueprint reading, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. • Possess basic knowledge of the NEC and blueprint reading (preferred). • Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. • Pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening. • Must have a valid electrician’s license. • Work primarily in Suwanee, GA and travel as needed.
