About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance across the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance program. The role involves ensuring timely completion of service requests and contributing to the community’s preservation plan. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist the Service Manager with various community tasks • Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to automated service emergency calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience • A/C Certification Type II or Universal • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Punctual, dependable, self‑starter, and a team player • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call
