About the Role
• Service HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications. • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested. • Prepare for installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating on‑site work. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles, keeping service records and ensuring cleanliness. • Inspect equipment for wear and report findings to customers or the Operations Manager. • Complete and submit all required paperwork, including daily time, progress, parts, labor, and cost data. • Determine necessary parts for repairs and manage timely ordering. • Stay current on product specifications and provide technical support to customers. • Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed. • Travel regularly, with occasional overnight assignments.
