What You Bring
The Foundation Laborer II is a skilled position responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment, loading and unloading materials, and assisting the foreman and other tradespeople to support project completion. This role requires following directions, basic knowledge of line‑work materials, and adherence to personal protective equipment protocols, especially when working outdoors in inclement weather. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of foundation laborer experience. A valid Commercial Driver’s License, ability to read and communicate in English, and capacity to lift over 50 lbs are required, along with willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The job involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, and handling tools, as well as lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. Workers are regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, loud noise, mechanical vibration, and varying weather conditions, requiring good vision and physical stamina. • Basic knowledge of line‑work materials • Work outdoors, often in inclement weather • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum two years’ experience as a foundation laborer • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) • Read and communicate effectively in English • Lift in excess of 50 lbs • Willing to work overtime when requested • Self‑motivated • Effective communication
