About the Role

We are seeking a Credit & Collections Representative to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will make collection calls on all past‑due accounts and help maintain the company’s financial health. The position requires reducing delinquency on assigned accounts, contacting customers about payment status, handling incoming calls, and resolving disputed invoices with both customers and profit centers. You will also work with general contractors on joint‑check arrangements, forward certificates of insurance and tax certificates to the proper departments, and keep customer maintenance information current. • Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts • Contact customers regarding payment status and collect past‑due payments • Resolve disputed invoices with customers and profit centers • Coordinate joint‑check arrangements with general contractors • Forward certificates of insurance and tax certificates to appropriate departments • Update and amend customer maintenance information • Utilize fair debt‑collection practices and legal lending methods • Operate computerized accounting systems

Base pay ranges from $18.99 to $26.11 per hour, varying by location, education, training and experience.
