About the Role

The Host/Hostess greets visitors to the model home, provides marketing materials, assists with visitor registration, answers phone calls professionally, demonstrates model and inventory home features, maintains daily appearance, opens and closes the model home, and provides administrative assistance to the Outside Sales Professional. Occasionally, they must complete short‑notice projects under tight deadlines. • Greet model home visitors and distribute marketing materials. • Assist with visitor registration and lead customers to inventory homes. • Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally. • Showcase features and benefits of model and inventory homes. • Maintain daily appearance, open and close the model home. • Provide administrative support to the Outside Sales Professional. • Complete short‑notice projects under tight deadlines.
