• Greet visitors to model homes and distribute marketing materials. • Assist visitors with registration. • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally. • Showcase benefits and features of model and inventory homes. • Keep model home appearance tidy; open and close the home daily. • Provide administrative support to the Outside Sales Professional. • Complete short‑notice projects under tight deadlines. • Focus on customer service, communication, time management, organization, flexibility, and attention to detail. • Perform light typing, filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks. • Have reliable transportation to escort customers to inventory homes.

What You Bring
The position requires strong customer focus, effective communication, time-management, organization, flexibility, and attention to detail. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities. Basic administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and faxing are also required, along with reliable transportation to escort customers to various inventory home locations.
