About the Role
The core responsibility is to safely operate a ready‑mix concrete truck, delivering products to customers as scheduled. What You Bring

Reliability, punctuality, a solid work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential. The role requires physical capability to stand, sit, push, pull, and lift up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to meet post‑offer pre‑employment physical exams, drug/alcohol screening, and background checks. Some positions may also be subject to FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work is performed primarily outdoors, often around moving mechanical equipment and in inclement weather, with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, elevated noise levels, and other environmental factors. • Maintain reliable, punctual attendance and strong work ethic. • Pass pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
