About the Role
The Project Engineer – MEP for Hospital Projects oversees the final stages of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring coordination, quality, and smooth handover to clients. The role focuses on finishing details, code compliance, site inspections, issue resolution, and thorough documentation to achieve successful commissioning of MEP systems. In this position, the engineer develops detailed design plans, including structural layouts and interior finishes, and works closely with architects, contractors, and other project teams to integrate MEP finishes into the overall project. Responsibilities include managing MEP activities, conducting site visits, addressing technical and logistical challenges, preparing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, and participating in schedule, budget, and resource planning. Ongoing monitoring of progress, quality standards, and safety regulations ensures that potential conflicts are identified and resolved promptly. • Develop detailed design plans, structural layouts, and interior finishes. • Coordinate MEP finishes with architects, contractors, and project teams. • Oversee MEP activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations. • Conduct site visits, evaluate existing spaces, and recommend renovations. • Resolve technical and logistical issues during the finishing and installation phase. • Prepare project documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. • Participate in project planning, developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Monitor project progress and maintain quality and safety standards. • Identify and mitigate design or construction conflicts promptly. • Contribute to accurate estimation and management of project costs.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with six to eight years of experience on hospital, hotel, or IT‑park projects. They need strong technical knowledge of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works, excellent organizational and motivational abilities, keen attention to detail, and superior communication and interpersonal skills. • Require 6‑8 years of experience in hospital, hotel, or IT‑park projects with a B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Strong technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works. • Excellent organizational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
