About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator you will provide support, monitor performance and coordinate a small team of multi‑skilled operatives while developing close working relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents and facilities vendors. The role combines team support with operational oversight, requiring you to manage contractors on site, inspect vendor work, procure services and ensure accurate purchase‑order management. You will also handle financial processes such as monthly accrual reports and finance‑tracker monitoring, conduct site inspections, regular audits and safety procedures, and assist in implementing property risk‑management programs. Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity plans, you will follow escalation and incident‑reporting procedures to maintain seamless facility operations. • Support and monitor a small team of multi‑skilled operatives for facility operations. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, managing agents and vendors. • Manage on‑site contractors, inspect vendor work and ensure performance standards. • Procure vendors and services, create and track purchase orders in financial systems. • Handle financial tasks including monthly accruals and finance‑tracker monitoring. • Conduct site inspections, audits and safety procedures; support risk‑management programs. • Implement and monitor disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include experience in facilities coordination, strong relationship‑building skills, knowledge of contractor management, procurement and purchase‑order systems, and the ability to manage financial reporting and conduct audits. Candidates must also understand property risk‑management, safety protocols and business continuity planning. Preferred qualifications include a background in commercial real‑estate facilities operations, familiarity with internal financial platforms, KPI/SLA target achievement, incident escalation procedures, and experience preparing regular management reports and supporting project requirements. • Required: experience in facilities coordination, contractor management, procurement and financial processes. • Preferred: background in commercial real‑estate facilities, KPI/SLA management, escalation and incident reporting.
