About the Role
• Perform land surveys using various equipment and techniques. • Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points and reference ties. • Develop new data from photogrammetric records. • Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations. • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions. • Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and terrain characteristics. • Coordinate with contractors and team members on work priorities and schedules. • Perform regular checks of contractors' setting out to ensure proper execution. • Maintain surveying equipment and conduct frequent calibration checks. • Apply and implement all on‑site safety and quality control procedures. • Monitor health and safety of construction works and report violations. • Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to certify work performed. • Coordinate findings with engineering, architectural personnel, clients, and stakeholders.

What You Bring
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Land Surveyor to join our Dubai team. The role involves conducting accurate measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support construction and development initiatives. The position is on‑site at our UBora Tower location. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. • Possess a professional surveyor license or certification. • Demonstrated experience in land surveying with strong accuracy and efficiency. • Proficient with modern surveying equipment, GPS, and GIS systems. • Expert in surveying software and data processing techniques. • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities. • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and specifications. • Knowledge of UAE local land laws and regulations. • Understanding of construction and engineering principles. • Capable of working independently and collaboratively. • Proficient in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus. • Preferred experience in Middle East or UAE/Dubai; RTA pre‑approved.
