About the Role

The ideal candidate has proven experience as an SPO Director or in an equivalent role and has delivered SPO services across multiple global regions. They have developed best practices, innovations, and playbooks that support the SPO platform, and are highly skilled in training, transitions, programmatic method development, and complex client change management. A strong working knowledge of all GOS service areas is required to support enterprise‑level accounts, along with expertise in complex problem solving, conceptual thinking, and functional strategy across service lines and regions. In addition, the company provides competitive compensation that varies based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements, with the salary range for this position set at $131,750 to $155,000. The organization ensures that no employee will be paid less than the minimum wage. • Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. • Competitive compensation ranging from $131,750 to $155,000, adjusted for location, experience, and agreement factors.
