About the Role
The Safety Technician supports the ABM Safety Manager in managing and promoting the company's safety culture and programs. This role assists operations in identifying unsafe or unhealthy conditions, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, and complying with OSHA, state regulations, ABM policies and customer safety rules. The technician enforces site‑specific and ABM safety protocols, leads daily safety meetings, coaches and corrects employees, conducts safety audits, maintains the training matrix, and oversees safety stand‑downs and investigations. • Promote and manage ABM’s safety culture and programs. • Detect unsafe or unhealthy working conditions and ensure PPE usage. • Enforce site‑specific and corporate safety protocols. • Lead daily safety meetings and conduct safety audits. • Coach and correct employees on safe work practices. • Manage training matrices and coordinate safety stand‑downs and investigations.

The position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Compensation is $27.00 per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, location and market data.
