About the Role
The role involves collecting and analyzing fulfillment data, generating performance reports, and identifying trends to inform decisions. Interns also create automated Excel solutions, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards, while simplifying repetitive tasks. Collaboration with planning, engineering, warehouse teams, and suppliers supports delivery performance, and documentation of processes ensures knowledge sharing. • Collect, organize, and analyze fulfillment-related data from multiple sources. • Generate and maintain regular performance reports (inventory, delivery dates, supplier capacity, etc.). • Identify trends and provide insights to support decision‑making. • Develop automated solutions using advanced Excel functions, Power Query, VBA, and Power Automate. • Create Power BI dashboards for real‑time visibility of key metrics. • Simplify repetitive tasks through macros or workflow automation. • Collaborate with planning, engineering, warehouse teams, and suppliers to improve delivery performance. • Work with sourcing peers to ensure accurate data flow and support procurement reporting. • Document processes and automation solutions for future reference. • Assist in testing and validating new tools or process enhancements.

What You Bring
