Planning Manager
Manage schedules, progress, and risk for a large mixed‑use development program in Riyadh.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Conduct regular site visits to validate real‑time progress and schedule accuracy. • Review and analyze schedules, including critical paths, float and change documentation. • Assess mitigation schedules, providing independent analysis and recommendations. • Monitor progress against baseline programmes, identifying delays and reporting performance. • Evaluate supporting data (e.g., procurement, quality) to inform schedule health. • Prepare monthly planning reports highlighting risks, trends and impacts on progress. • Track project performance, identify trends and develop mitigation strategies. • Manage and assess project interfaces that may impact delivery. • Collaborate with PMCs and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2). • Ensure alignment with PMO standards by reviewing dashboards and planning procedures. • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information flow. • Lead the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools and techniques across projects.
